How to make a request

1. Email support@globalfittechies.com.
2. Use the subject line Personal Data Deletion Request.
3. Tell us which service or conversation the request relates to and provide the email address or phone number you used, plus an approximate date or reference if you have one.
4. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, identity documents or medical records by ordinary email.

What happens next

We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity or authority to make the request. We will review the relevant systems and contact the service providers that hold information on our behalf when appropriate. We will tell you if we need more information, cannot locate a record, or must retain part of it.

Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, payment reconciliation, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Copies may also remain temporarily in protected backups or a provider’s systems. We do not promise a fixed completion time; we will respond and handle the request under the rules that apply to your situation.

Meta and WhatsApp requests

If your request concerns a message you sent to us in WhatsApp, include the phone number used and the approximate conversation date. The public WhatsApp links on this website open a message draft; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp/Meta also processes messages under its own terms, so you may need to contact Meta or WhatsApp separately about copies held by them.

This page is a user instruction page. It does not receive Meta’s server-to-server data-deletion callback. If a Meta app permission requires a callback endpoint, that is a separate integration that must be configured and tested in Meta’s developer settings. We have not confirmed that callback is configured.
